No. I watched the video and paid attention to what I saw. I saw a woman wave cars by. Then try to leave. And an officer stepped to the side as she did and shot her then the vehicle kept going shot her 2 more times and murdered her. I don't need anyone to tell me anything else. You only need more context if your cognitive dissonance needs you to find a reason to think its ok. You are actively looking for that reason.
