Love immediately makes you a more explosive team. He's going to add 10-20 TDs a year through the run and pass game. He's going to upgrade your pass protection. He's going to force teams to account for

The Jaguars gave up what again for Travis Hunter? This notion we should take less capital is kind of mind boggling. If a team wants to move then they need to pay the full price.

Safe to say the Giants 2nd round pick #37 is going to be one of the stout IDL McDonald or Miller.

Other DT-needy teams may be considering McDonald in that range.

It isn't that steep in this draft.

Yeah, if this was a normal draft , Id wonder about it.

10th pick in a weaker top level draft where it caps off at 7 or 8.  You get someone who can pressure his pocket and in his prime.

Chaos how can you not love the draft.

Since you follow this stuff closer than me, isn’t McShay close with Daboll and might be his source for Titans info?

Very close with Daboll he has previously talked about when he was having his "medical" issues at ESPN Daboll was basically the first of the guys inside the NFL to check in on him and how he was going.

I think there's a legit chance a DT doesn't get picked in the 1st round. MAYBE McDonald somewhere towards the end of late 1, but it's one of the weaker groups at the top. From that standpoint, I can get making the trade even though that's a big price. If Lawrence was in this draft, he'd be far and away the #1 DT prospect.

Reading that McShay tweet again implies that Simpson will go 1st round , where exactly ?

And it seems to imply that the Cards would have to trade up a ton from 34.  It’s not the Jets . Who are basically using Geno as a one year fill in and waiting for 2027.

CLE has 27 .  Guess PIT is the easy default guess .

To be fair, doesn’t @OILERMANturn on any Titans RB? It doesn’t even have to be a franchise one.

Speaking of RBs, here’s one retard pining for Tomato Sauce:

Bill Caldwell from Lebanon, Tennessee

Question: Afternoon Jim. Been thinking about the upcoming draft and a long range view of the franchise. So I' start my process by contacting the Ravens and trade to bring Derrick back. I'd' extend his contract to three years and restructure as needed. I'd give up one of our fifth rd picks. Sine we wouldn't need Bell anymore we then trade the fourth for a decent first and another pick, preferably a fifth. With the first I'd go with either a center or guard. Solidly that line. This would give Cam a solid line as well as Derrick. Derrick would be a solid influence on the offense and is always a powerful option. Additionally with Derrick on the team when the new stadium opens the fans will be stoked. He would undoubtedly retire as a Titan. The second pick go with a wide out. The rest of the draft best player available. In my Titans dreams. See ya at the draft. Praying to have the draft back sooner than later. God Bless
