I hate he term "plug and play" with respect to OL. Any guy drafted outside of the first round is going to be a projection and an unknown. Just because someone says they are "plug and play" does not make it so, and does not make the draftee anymore of a certain solution than a guy already on our roster. If you want a true "plug and play" guy at RG, then there will be free agent options that are known quantities. Look at Latham. He was described as plug and play. Oops, not at LT. Ok then he is plug and play at RT. OOps again. And Latham was drafted early in the first round. Justafan, Pragidealist, and japan

The question is whether Borgonzi is interested in purely shuffling picks or whether he wants more total picks out of any potential trade back. I'm not doing it if they're giving up 66. If it's a trade down it needs to be accumulating more picks. NashvilleNinja, AvgJoe, and ctm
Popular Post IsntLifeFunny
The Jaguars gave up what again for Travis Hunter? This notion we should take less capital is kind of mind boggling. If a team wants to move then they need to pay the full price. Houston's decision to move up in 2023 for Anderson Jr. looks brilliant. The Jaguars' decision would have been looked at the same if they had drafted Carter instead of Hunter. Considering how much they affect the game, a great pass rusher is worth multiple 1sts. Maybe we should consider it to guarantee that we get him. We just would have to not suck next year for it to be worth it. Edited Wednesday at 03:21 PM by TerryBoats

Only one of which would probably see the field in 2026. I get that OT is a looming need, but it isn't an immediate need. OG is. If they're taking an OL that early it needs to be a guard. ctm
