Ehhhhh, I think the biggest change for this FO structure vs how the FO has been structured in the past for the Titans is the GM having direct hierarchical control of the coaching staff. So the discretion is Borgonzi's on who the assistant coaches are, but it sounds like he's giving candidates basic control (I'm sure he will provide plenty of input).

Borgo, Ward and now McDaniel have all had a unified board. Just gotta see if we get the prediction right on McDaniel being the choice.

The only one who didn't come around hasn't been on the board in a year and was replaced with a lesser asshole in OS.

please. You think any of these experienced HCs are going to go for that? you guys are obsessed with who has final say on shit contractually while ignoring how it actually works.

This is the Green Bay model now. Coaches and players come and go. The front office is the engine. Fully expect they will continue to underpay the coaching staff relative to the rest of the league while now paying the front office well.

No not really, which is why I think Borgonzi may ultimately lean toward a more pliable HC. I believe he wants someone who he can work collaboratively with on the coaching staff and who he knows for sure will be amiable to suggestions.
