Pollard to the Ravens?

If you think trading away AJ Brown was a bad idea, trading Simmons is far, far worse.  He's a high level established player in his prime. Trading him also likely gets a huge negative reaction from tea

I personally don’t want Strunk anywhere near the team. I don’t want her there answering operational questions and shit. I want her at a distance letting the football guys be in charge.

I mean with the hurdles that acquiring Waddle has (draft compensation + huge future cap number), I would think acquiring Ridley would be palatable (including the ability to move on from his contract easily in the off-season) for Pittsburgh. They currently have 8 draft picks and are projected to have another 3-4 comp picks coming to them this off-season as well. They could send a 4th Round Pick to us and acquire Ridley relatively easily.

Breer just won't STFU will he? lets keep harping on the fact the Titans are 4-20 since firing Vrabel but ignore they were 6-18 in Vrabel's last 24 games. So Vrabel gets a pass for a bad roster but no one else does? and trade Simmons? Laughable.

Breer didn’t write that

Thats hilarious. They changed the byline since this morning. I double checked it before posting this morning since it was an MMQB twitter post.

Surely the Titans can get a decent haul for Restrepo!

Lol, they don’t do this in the NFL but I’d wish there was some equivalent for when MLB trade a stiff player and the return is “cash considerations”

The NFL  equivalent appears to be how much salary are we willing to pick up for Ridley, if it’s a lot maybe he brings a 3rd ( more likely a 4th and a 2027 7 th) if it’s not a lot maybe, a 5th or 6th ..
