The team sucked - they barely beat or lost to bad teams and got throttled against the good ones. It wasn't like 2018 where they looked legitimate when they got some decent QB play. They're going to need to see a big improvement from all other positions to have any shot. Supernope

Nash
We've claimed quite a few players from the waiver wire now...(meaning 3 years or less seasons but on a roster last season) I'm going to list the waiver wire guys and positions: LB Curtis Jacobs OLB Titus Leo S Mark Perry LB Anferni Orji LB Amari Burney and the following players remain from the practice squad after January (after 11 cuts were made): T Chandler Brewer CB Gabe Jeudy-Lally TE Thomas Odukoya LB Otis Reese IV and the following UDFA's deserve some watching: OT or G Brandon Crenshaw Dickson (paid 250 K to sign with the Titans) CB Jermari Harris (has moved ahead of the drafted CB apparently) WR X Restrepo ( after the initial love for this player, he really seems slow compared to the other 2 rookie receivers- so I expect we are done talking about him until camp titanruss, and MadMax

The talent base is better. So the record will be better, possibly significantly, and it will be attributed to Vrabel.

Starkiller
For what it’s worth, Vrabel did tend to make some bad Titans teams better and steal wins where he had no business winning them. So he could improve that Pats team in the short term. Jamalisms, and CreepingDeath
Nash
Vrabel was actually good at figuring out how his teams could win a single game, even if the probabilities were small..then the team followed the plan, no matter what happened.. maybe that's good coaching or maybe that's being a meathead.. It was good coaching when we won. It was high blood pressure all over his meathead face when we lost.
scine09
I think Vrabel's a good coach. His biggest problem is he wants to win his way and only his way. He wants to win while being the smartest guy in the room. It bit him multiple times with the Titans in big games.
