It’s why so many people supported him even when he never took the next step in his development. No he wasn't. It was obvious he was a beta and fragile mentally. The fact moron fans and the local media treated him like he was some iconic player and some still do is one of the most bizarre things I've ever witnessed. rns90, and OILERMAN 1

It’s an easy case to make. Not talking about the gay rumors . Him quitting twice. The fact that they needed a pity package to keep him engaged after losing the job to Tannehill etc.

I think the "pity package" was actually just an obsession of Vrabel, like Henry in the Wildcat or what they tried to do with Willis. He likes those trick type plays (probably because he participated in many as player). I fully agree many Titans fans are way too attached to him though. It's weird to me too. To me he's just a disappointing former Titan.

And if one buys the rumors at the time, he tried to do it after getting benched for Tannehill and that's how the pity package came about..... He's a complete loser as a player. I don't care if he's the nicest closet gay in the history of the world, he gets a routine pass for no reason.

I’m not sure he really loves football. rns90, and OILERMAN
