Maybe, just maybe, this will put an end to the trade rumors.  Doubtful….but maybe?

Na, someone will say they signed wilson to prevent us from signing him so they could trade him to us to get a discount on moving up since obviously we wanted him but the giants beat us to it!

It's always a bad year to get a QB in free agency.....

So Ryan Stonehouse just signed with Miami… to play for ST coordinator Craig AUKERMAN that almost ended his career! Good luck Stoney! 😳

With Wilson signed, who do the last few holdouts on the trade down crew want now to start in 2025?

The trade down crew doesn't care about 2025 and never did.  The payoff was the draft capital haul over the next 2 or 3 drafts to expedite a rebuild that results in a sustainable contender.

In the event a trade down does occur, you assume they'd perhaps take a crack at a QB day 2 or 3 and let them compete with Levis and Allen.

What an absolute circus to have Wilson, Winston, and Sanders all on the same roster competing to be the starter. It'd be like when the Jets signed Tebow.

They could still draft Sanders but I'm doubting it with this Wilson move. I think Wilson and Winston are competing with each other. I can't see Wilson signing to be part of a circus with Winston and Sanders.

Wilson just needed to get a starting job as he was close to being iced out....

Why trade with the Giants when you could get twice as much from the Saints? They are clearly interested as they sent their entire front office and coaching staff to Cams pro day. My guess is the Titans told the Giants that it wouldn’t be worth it for them to trade back for what the Giants would offer. The Saints might still blow them away with a Bryce Young type trade package (essentially three 1sts and two 2nds).

Saints would need to give up 3 1s and a 2 or more

The Wilson signing tells me they're likely out on both Ward and Sanders.

Was my initial feeling as well I would be leaning a day 2 QB for them now which if they use pick #34 would be great for the Titans at #35.

I said that at least 6 weeks ago.  Who does the trade down crew want now if they still dream about trading out?

Where are all these mythical posters of substance who don’t think Ward is the pick?

Youre like that Japanese soldier they found 50 years after WWII who still thought the war was going on

Yeah that’s what I said. If we got the same package Chicago got from Carolina, it would look like this:

Saints get: Pick #1

Titans get:

WR Chris Olave

2025 1st (#9)

2025 2nd

2026 1st

2027 2nd

The saints are loaded with draft capital this year:

1st

2nd

(2) 3rds

(2) 4ths

I'd be going after majority of that capital, plus multiple picks in 2026 and 2027. They have no premium player to trade us.

They would need to give us 3 1s atleast
