If you can't read the thread and see why this is happening, then I can't help you.  He said he gave a preference.  He didn't.  I even got called out for ignoring his preference.    Now the answer has shifted to.....there's no good answer.

Probably because the other options have already been discussed. Who else is out there? We got what Wilson and Wentz? That's about it. Those guys might be gone.

Basically WGs premise is it doesn't matter who the QB is this year it's a tank season. I disagree but it's a growth season and we will likely be top 5 again next year regardless. Wilson maybe moves that needle to top 12.

And fuck ESPN and the NFLN you pricks can't go to a commercial before the #1 pick.

Let us old-school football guys take a moment appreciate to the fact that the Titans earned the #1 overall pick the old-fashioned way.   Not by tanking or by trading up, but by simply being

I'd hate Hunter. The Titans best position is likely CB and you don't take a WR that high. If the Titans traded down to 3 and Carter went 2 I'd rather trade down again and maybe go for someone like Mem

I'm not asking what will happen.  I'm asking who posters want if it's not Ward.  Simple question, but being consistently evaded.

Personally if they took a hypothetical trade I'd go with Levis/Allen/late round rookie. I wouldn't want a veteran QB.

He would at least be opening the stadium. He's a projection pick. He would get at least 3 full seasons after being taken 1.

Plus, Bud’s going to declare Ward a bad pick if he’s AS good as McNair? Give me a break…

I think 3rd round might be the sweet spot for WR…but we don’t have one, thanks Ran!

I wouldn’t exactly be against trading up with the Seattle 4th + Levis to get a WR they like in round 3.

But they need to come out of here with two WR and EDGE who can play in the rotation.  Not sure it’s possible.

Love the idea of Levis in a pick swap. Teams are QB needy and Levis does have a lot of tools. With how well Malik played after he went to QB, maybe some thinks "I can fix him".

This is exactly why I'm persistent with the question. It exposes the alternative.

Levis???  Seriously??

Ha ha. Willis wasn’t fixed. He was just utilized well in one game by a great OC against the worst team in football.

You can quit the bullshit word games. My answer has been consistent. It hasn't shifted. I've told you it doesn't matter who the qb is and that there are no good options whether it is FA or the draft.  I've said what they could do but even then we're still in qb purgatory.  No matter what I say your retort is "you didn't answer my question" because you don't like my answer.

We are going to be pretty bad next year too.

The problem is that pretty bad isn't enough. You have to be the worst or second worst team in the league most years. Don't get me wrong, that's in the cards, but shit happens. The Giants were an utter atrocity this year, and they are on the outside looking in at this QB class.

And having your own high pick and the Giants, if they cave, is plenty of ammo to trade up for a better prospect than what's available this year.

The video someone posted recently actually showed him pretty special in this regard. I was actually surprised how well he threw with anticipation

He's inconsistent at it.  There's video of VY, Locker, and Mariota throwing perfect passes too.
