He's ball placement accurate and throws with anticipation.  Probably the most mechanically sound QB coming out.

I don't know how anyone could watch the first half of that Texas/Georgia game and think geez I hope the Titans draft Carson Beck, the last thing this needs to do is waste more draft capital on a bum Q

I doubt any teams are worried about Deon's threats

He has some physical limitations but he's 100 times better than Levis

As I said the day he was signed

He limits what the offense can do because of the limitations which is why they want the guy with the bigger arm.  But they clearly operate better with him in there.  I wouldn't object at all to him being the backup or a bridge starter.  I'd like to see him get the final three games just to see what he can do.

He has been pretty bad every time he has been forced to play

Easy decision to completely start over at the QB position

He was very good in the second half of the Patriots game.  He was a big reason that they won that game.

I would find someone else but I think he's a perfect backup.

6. Tennessee Titans

Drew Allar, QB, Penn State

The Tennessee Titans took a swing at quarterback just a couple of years ago, but it looks like they missed. Now, back near the top of the draft and in need of a quarterback, the Titans select Drew Allar from Penn State. Allar has a strong arm and the ability to make every throw on the field. He brings a fresh look to the Titans' offense, and if head coach Brian Callahan can develop him properly, the Titans may finally have their franchise quarterback.

I’ll never forget that night. Once the trade up was announced my heart dropped. I fell to my knees.

I did the same shit. I knew what was going to happen and I turned off the draft. Calmed down enough to see us pick spears but it took me months to get to a point I could play "good soldier" and support him as a titans player.... wish i had stuck to my guns and just watched the games angry. That first game didnt help in that last part, though mariota should have prepared me for that.

He’s played well.  I know people don’t want to admit that.

I wouldnt say well, he is still a good backup level guy. You can live with that under our circumstances though without question.

The question I would put on the table though is if they ran with Rudolph from day one could he have gone from good backup to decent starter aka bridge qb?
