OILERMAN
The Exxon Mobile CEO said the oil industry has no plans to ramp up drilling because of Donald Trump. While former President Trump has pushed for increased oil and gas production in hopes of getting lower gas prices for Americans, CEO Darren Woods said producers would not be influenced by political factors. "Certainly we wouldn't see a change based on a political change," Woods told CNBC Friday. These comments arrive after Trump synthesized his energy policy during his campaign as "Drill, baby, drill."
