I think this nails a lot of it.  Pretty OK interview channel though this guy isn't exactly a rocket scientist.  Hate his click baity thumbnails as well, but the show does a pretty good job of allowing some mostly interesting folks to get out their thoughts.

 

I do like Scott Galloway.  Kinda no nonsense left wingish that some on left hate.  Deals more with reality.  TED talks pretty dead for long while but he did hella one not long ago.

Had the SC supported the 15 week ban with exceptions that Roberts wanted and was the actual law brought before them, I don't think it would have been near the issue it was . That should be the baseline for both sides.
