IsntLifeFunny
Maybe some of you work like that but it's a projection more than anything else. I enjoy discussing football, and the point I was making is Henry didn't put points on the board and had several chances to do so. By his standards it wasn't a good game running the football. It wasn't taking a shot at him. If anything looking at the stats it shows how good a runner he is that he could have an average game and it be a good one by other RB standards. Also blew away the O/U .5 TD's thrown. How much money did you make on the end? Didn’t you put a wager down for yards?
Jamalisms
It's hilarious a rookie QB in his first start had an O/U on TDs that was actually more than Tannehill's average this year. OilerTitanHybrid
Mercalius
One thing the radio guys brought up this morning. Levis wasn’t wearing a wristband for the plays yesterday. We knew he was smart, but that’s still a good sign. IsntLifeFunny

I promise if you asked him he would say it wasn't a good game for all the reasons I've highlighted. Rewatching his runs I was too harsh, but correct that he knows he left a lot of yards on the field from shoe string and arm tackles. Henry was fine yesterday. Not the game to argue he's done imo. I do this every week after a Titans win. It's my sick fascination although I do not do the same thing after we lose. I am a sore loser. Results... -They loved Levis. Gave him glowing reviews. -They hate Riddle were calling for him to be benched from the start of the game. -They hate Arthur Smith to a level I did not expect, I mean it pails in comparison to the "Vrable meathead" stuff here. -Lots of "Colts Fans" level complaining about the refs, although I do think we got some calls today, for once. -They had an unusual fixation about how they hated the commentators and thought they were pro-Titans. I mean this was probably the most oft complaint from their fans. They were so concerned about the commentary it was strange. My biggest takeaway from this is I'm surprised there's a Falcons fan message board. Aramis, IsntLifeFunny, Supernope, and 2 others

Mythos27
These unending Tannehill/Henry debates have us at eachother's throats and swinging at ghosts. @IsntLifeFunny isn't driving an agenda with his Henry takes. He's just being honest. I don't necessarily agree with his conclusions but I don't have to. He's not operating out of bad faith. Ole boy tried to act like it wasn't bad faith but that I was some simp looking to make sure I didn't offend the Tannehill crowd too much so I decided to talk about Henry. He's been on that bullshit for awhile now. In reality what I was saying is that we somehow almost lost that game with our rookie QB throwing 4 TDs. I took it out on Henry, instead of the fucking scrubs/busts because I hold him to an elite standard and in my opinion he knows he missed some big runs to seal the game. Probably went too hard on him, but the notion I would talk shit about Henry when I've been one here pounding the table for him and swatting off detractors like flies is hilarious to me. Russ can fuck right off with that bullshit.

Russ can fuck right off with that bullshit. I call it like I see it, especially if a pattern becomes apparent. Could I be wrong, sure. Your intentions are usually decent. As a person that is above caring about status and doesn't care to make allies or enemies as long as arguments are honest... I see a pattern and I call it out. Never called you a simp... but I also didn't make up the idea that you sometimes play both sides and often swap sides very quickly. That's been many statements from quite a few posters before me.. for a long while. Leaning into an unnecessary / ticky-tacky and previously divisive argument over a player you've "pounded the table for" .... that also seemed a weird time to argue about - preceded by people on the Tannystans side starting to call you out... The timing was suspect. I read these situations as "the Tanny argument is over, now give a little to make peace with the Tannystans. " I do feel you believe Henry didn't have his best game. Fine... but I also still feel you were leaning into that, trying to play the balance in order to try and not be on the 100% receiving end of the mean girls bullshit.
