How would it not be considered a form of interpersonal racism. I wasn't at all referring to anything at a systemic level. Who said anything about subconscious? I know a black girl who was a server and would be pissed as shit when she would get large black families at her tables and serve people differently at a restaurant because the stereotype of black people not tipping.
