If the Titans want to trade out. what they need is for the top 3 college QBs to play very well and cement their value at the top of the draft.

Another question is whether or not there is a 3rd qb worthy of a top 3 pick if we do end at 3. We might be doing a stick and pick if teams only see 2 qbs as worthy of being top 10 ish.
