A bruv that will lay it out straight for Sweat, has the career to back his talk, and the personality to buck up to the youngin, if needed, to set a point. I'm more interested in how the picks as a whole pan out vs who we take at 7. Don't get me wrong. I'm stoked to see who we get, but I really want to know how the new staff does in eval'ing draft talent. I see last year as a mulligan for Ran (totally my opinion). Not starting a Mikey discussion, but it's pretty evident that as a whole "the Org" wasn't dancing to the same tunes. Everything I see from the team starting from the HC on indicates that there is a philosophy the team is adopting and hires will compliment the new direction. I am much more concerned w/ talent evaluation and hitting on the picks. How they build it (to me) is much less crucial. Either their vision will work or it won't. I guarantee any vision will fail if they can't eval/draft talented players. See Titans cicra JRob era
