Ironic no South team from either conference has made the SB since ATL in 2016. This type of "data" doesn't mean much without the comparison to other divisions. Throw in this: AFCS is listed 6 times in the chart. NFCS is listed 9 times (8 if you remove the Falcon who are IN the division). For weak divisions and Superbowl representation, look at the AFC East and the Pats. Free playoff bye annually.

rns90
I had to go look this up but they haven’t won a season opener since 2020. That’s a long time. IsntLifeFunny

I think they need to be passable to good I predict 5 wins with the team looking competent and Ward taking what will probably be a minor step forward I see it exactly the same way

That’s a long time. They have the longest active streak of any team. The Colts did have the longest from 2014-2025 of opening losses until they snapped it last year. Browns have the all-time longest losing streak from 2005-2021. Callidus, rns90, and IsntLifeFunny

freakingeek
I believe the defense is going to be strong and the offense/Cam will improve as the season progresses. I think the coaching staff raises the bar and helps us compete and I think we see a lot of close games that could fall either way. I voted 9 which is higher than I originally predicted. (7) A mundane pre-season kept expectation low imho. Edited Friday at 08:56 PM by freakingeek
