I hope they are all Sunday noon games

The Patriots get to be absolutely destroyed again while everyone will be talking about Vrabel/Russini. I love it.

One schedule reform that I'd love to see is that your first three and last three games of the season are against divisional opponents. This way you get to take the teams on when you're healthy at the

Hope it's real. That would be a perfect opener imo

Maybe, maybe not.  It's also a very dangerous game in that everyone is going to expect the Titans to win.  All the pressure will be on Tennessee that day.  I'd prefer an opener on the road in a place like Baltimore where there's no expectations and just being competitive would be looked at as a victory, given where the two teams are right now.

The Jets are arguably the worst team on the Titans schedule.  If you come out and lose that one then who knows how the season could go.

That being said, it's certainly an opportunity.  Their first three games are vs NYJ, vs Pit and at NYG.  It's certainly not the gauntlet, at least on paper, that they've had early in other years.

Only downside to playing the Jets week 1 is that any positive vibes and hopium built this offseason gets completely obliterated if they lose arguably the most winnable game on the schedule first up.

Hardly. Weeks 1 and 2 are usually crapshoots. Strange things always happen the first two weeks of the season.

Come on there will be a massive let down for this fan base should this team lose to the Jets in week 1.

I was listening to a schedule prediction video (can't remember who) that pegged Giants and Raiders exactly if these are true.

And it makes sense. Giants v Titans early before Dart is in the protocol.

Raiders v Titans late so you have Mendoza in and a storyline when these teams may not be competitive.

Titans are not playing the Steelers week 2.

That's weird, I saw it posted somewhere else.  My bad.
