More signs of Bailey/Bain/Reese for pick 4

Available talent early in the draft suggests that independent of FA.

Reported intention to be aggressive in FA is noteworthy problem is there is so much money leaguewide awaiting to be deployed the Titans are going to need to pay the "we suck" tax to attract the top names away from the more established teams.

No idea where this nugget fits so thought it might worth starting a thread for all Titans non HC offseason discussion.   This was meant to happen last offseason but Sweat never showed up so

Who will we draft? The answer has been there the whole time.

Some pretty interesting stuff about the Titans on the NFLN Insiders program today.

- Rapoport mentioned that due to insurance policies on injured players the Titans have some more cap room coming.

- Garafolo said the Titans are going to be very aggressive in FA and will be players regards some of the biggest available names. He also specifically mentioned WR which is now the 3rd report regards the Titans aggressively chasing offensive FA targets.

Makes me think it’s Doubs or Jennings in terms of FA WRs instead of Wandale Robinson.  Also can’t rule out trades either .

Schefter said to expect more trades because this group of FA is less than stellar.

Robinson might get paid more than Doubs.

I’m actually not that keen on them wasting that much cash strictly on a slot WR.

Robinson is also 5'8. I don't know if he'll break the bank as much as we might think. 5'8 slot only WR is not going to appeal to every team.

They're all overpaid. It is what it is.

There is going to be many more he got WHAT reactions this offseason. Thinner market and more available money is a great recipe for the players.

Makes me wonder if the target isn’t Robinson but Rasheed Shahid which fits more of the MO of KC for big play, speed guys.

I think we're going to turn over every stone possible (Pierce, Shaheed, Robinson, Doubs, Jennings, DJ Moore, Pitts, other trade options) to try to help Ward. It's critical to give him more pieces in year 2.

It sounds like Pierce isn’t going to be available .

Slightly different but they really should come out of a FA with a TE given how much talent is expected to be out there at that spot with all the guys like Kmet, Njoku, Knox and maybe Hockenson all cap cuts along with others.

Ballard's strategy this offseason is going to be an interesting watch his starting QB, starting RT, one of his starting S, one of his starting EDGE and also his most productive WR are all FA.

That is a lot of holes to fill.

Common sense suggests that they will move on from Pittman to keep Pierce but if they don't tag him they are relying on Pierce and his agent not testing FA because if he does the Colts won't be able to compete with the money that will be on offer.

Don't rule out Trey Hendrickson.
