Weapons wise yes but Brugler did take 3 OL.

Lew is coming off a torn ACL.  Then a 5th round OG and a 2nd round OT who might not start this year.  It's questionable whether they even immediately improved the OL.  Then a 6th round WR.  Not near enough.  Saleh even said that they can't expect Cam to carry the load.

Love immediately makes you a more explosive team. He's going to add 10-20 TDs a year through the run and pass game. He's going to upgrade your pass protection. He's going to force teams to account for

The Jaguars gave up what again for Travis Hunter? This notion we should take less capital is kind of mind boggling. If a team wants to move then they need to pay the full price.

Dane Brugler just dropped his annual 7 round mock draft here are the Titans picks.

4. Tennessee Titans: David Bailey, edge, Texas Tech

Head coach Robert Saleh wants to collect pass rushers and have a healthy defensive line rotation. (In his four seasons at the Jets’ helm, the team drafted a first-round pass rusher twice.) It’s not a hard sell on why Bailey makes sense for Tennessee.

35 Titans Max Iheanachor OT Arizona State

66 Titans Keionte Scott DB Miami

101 Titans Connor Lew C Auburn

142 Titans (from BAL) VJ Payne S Kansas State

144 Titans (from LAR) Billy Schrauth G Notre Dame

184 Titans Kendrick Law WR Kentucky

194 Titans (from NYJ) Jordan van den Berg DT Georgia Tech

225 Titans (from DAL) Deontae Lawson LB Alabama

We’ll take that!

I'll fully concede the 2025 Giants offense was better — because they drafted elite talent. Dart and Nabers were foundational to everything that worked offensively. That's not Daboll.

But let's look at the full picture of what the Giants actually had in 2025:

  • 3rd overall pick spent on a generational edge rusher in Abdul Carter
  • Franchise QB prospect in Dart
  • Elite WR1 in Nabers

They still went 2-8. They still fired Daboll.

So when you tell me the Giants offense was fine in 2025 and that somehow clears Daboll — you're actually making my argument FOR me. The Giants didn't just support Daboll with more offensive talent than the Titans currently have at any skill position — they also gave him the exact thing Titans fans are begging for at 4. They spent the 3rd overall pick on a generational edge rusher in Abdul Carter. The defensive cornerstone you want us to draft.

They had Carter, Dart, Nabers, AND Skattebo.

And they still went 2-8 and fired him.

And if your counter is that this is really about defensive scheme and Saleh fixing the defense — we've seen that movie too. Saleh's Jets had a legitimately elite defense. Top 5 unit. And he still got fired because the offense was unwatchable and you cannot win in this league without scoring points.

There is no version of this argument that doesn't lead back to the same place. Titans need offensive talent.

It doesn't matter if you come at it from the Daboll angle, the Giants blueprint angle, or the Saleh defensive identity angle — every road ends at the same destination.

How about the, they were all hurt angle lol.
