I think Glenn is in over his head.

He’s feeling the heat .  He almost got canned this year .  He knows there’s gotta be improvement and they gotta up the win total  and look competitive.

AAS is a very good owner. Not sure why this keeps getting rehashed. Vrabel, Robinson, Carthon, and Callahan all deserved to go for various reasons.

You know what the Aaron Glenn situation seems like?  A certain situation that happened in Nashville just a year ago.

Except we don’t have the beloved former player angle to deal with.

Right.  It's more how the organization is talking about him.

I think Glenn was probably worse than Callahan.  The Titans at least seemed to improve a bit as last year went on.  The Jets went from okay to historically bad as the season went on.

Watching the Insiders at the break between the two Senior Bowl practices and Tom Pelissero heavily hinting the next HC domino could fall at any minute and the NFLN will cross to any breaking news during the second Senior Bowl practice if requried.

They were clearly rebuilding even more than the Titans were , at least the Titans in late 2024 wanted to win games .  Not that this is a total defense of Glenn/Jets.

They clearly had zero interest in winning games in Dec 2025

The Jets of December 2025/January 2026 might literally be the worst team ever fielded.  Statistically they were the worst ever in December I believe in terms of point differential.  I think the 2008 Lions or 2017 Browns beat them.

I really want to know whether or not they would be better off firing him instead of wasting this time .  They aren’t getting a qb that will make a difference.  And another year of Garrett Wilson wasted

I would've fired him.  But I'm sure the Jets don't want to admit the mistake.

Looking at all those guys , you can use the lack of talent excuse, especially after all the damn trades.

not sure who wants those jobs.  I think I read interest in Wink Martindale for Dc.

I think they've already started next year's tanking.
