I doubt he got many...if any practice reps during the week at the position he was asked to play on Sunday. His role is as a practice squad scrub who can can occasionally come in and fill in on ST. The reason (at least a main reason) Restrepo hasn't been called up is because he doesn't play ST. McCoy basically hinted at that in his comments yesterday when he was asked for the millionth time why they haven't given Restrepo a shot. If you're looking for guys to come off the practice squad and light it up at receiver you're going to be disappointed.
