He's doing what he said he was going to do. People may not understand the Brownlee and McCreary moves, but he deserves the benefit of doubt and a long runway given his gaudy resumé. I don't think the McCreary trade is bad assuming they had 0 interest in keeping him. I think the Brownlee trade was worse. The trade ups for two QBs who clearly couldn't play, especially Willis. They lost a 2nd for trading up for Levis.....lol. Then used a #1 pick on a QB! L-O-L They refused a trade of Derrick Henry for a 4th only to let him go a few games later in free agency....lol. They turned down a huge offer from the Rams and took Sweat. Watch them trade him now for some late round swap. Ernest Jones. In hindsight would you rather have him at ILB under an extension? The draft capitol they missed out on and the holes they could have filled vs what actually happened is obscene To be fair, Henry you have to give the GM a pass on that one. And Jones I’m iffy on. I just don’t like paying these types a ton and you should be able to find one at a cheaper rate. The rest I agree on

The only real concerns were his knee... of course he sucked so now we are going to pretend like everyone hated the trade at the time. I knew Sneed's knee was something to worry about but I'd be lying if I said I knew shit would be this bad. He's one of the worst CBs I've seen in TN. We got comparable play from the likes of LeShaun Sims for God's sake. IsntLifeFunny, and Callidus

I didn't want to go there because I don't remember the exact details of the Sims experience but you're very likely right. Sneed has been abysmal from the beginning. The weird thing is that his highlight is a very high effort play. Still not sure what to do with that fact.

Nothing huge or expensive but there's been 3 -4 questionable-ish moves. Brown Lee is the big one that still makes zero sense. Not retaining Landry or not finding a trade partner when he requested the trade. We let an eventual comp pick out and contributor out the door by being nice. Femi - has done little to nothing and is now on IR. You don't draft unproductive projects that high. Not perfect, could be worse, but we'd likely be a better defense if those moves were different. Hard to say we could've done much more on offense outside of chasing some FA guys. Number9, and DCTitan
