Don’t really care that Stefanski took the ATL job. It looks like his staff is going to be awful.

Lyons had brought up the concerns of how QBs had developed under him and it was not great. Good luck to him with a bad QB situation, no 1st round pick, and minimal cap space.

My thoughts.   I post infrequently nowadays but do want to do so tonight.  I have vacillated with each new entry into the HC/OC sweepstakes.  I studied what I could with available data on ea

FWIW on F Words Zach Lyons just said he heard the interview between McDaniel and the Titans went “very well”.

Well, yeah - Arthur Smith’s offenses were better than any Titans offense since Heimerdinger’s.

Henry.  Smith is unemployed. Lafluer just got an extension. They are not the same. In no world is smith as good as Lafluer

I am a Packers stockholder. They are my second love, since the Titans came to Tennessee. Vrabel is a much better coach than LsFleur.

LOL ok bro.  Maybe you should start a thread about how Vrabel is developing Maye and their success this season has nothing to do with Josh McDaniels.  LOL

Yep.. it can happen.. but look at the superbowl winners across the last 12 to 15 years where their HC came from  And look at the rule trends. --

If you get a defensive hc-you have to find a new good OC every 2 to 3 years.    I'm not talking about trying to put together a staff for next year.  We're tallking about a 10 year plan.. to contend for 10 years.

Man, Belichick was a defensive coach. What are we even talking about here?

Hope for Hafley?

Sounds like we will at least get an opportunity to meet with him in Nashville.

Can sell a better QB situation + roster flexibility, which Miami lacks either.

Defensive HC's who are smart enough to let someone better run the offense and handle QB development are great.  That's probably the ideal HC to have in this day and age.
