You could argue it's top two, depending on what you think of Ward.  If you think Ward is the best of the QBs aside from Jackson, there's the large amount of cap space, no state income tax, good weather, I think it could easily be a top two job for some people.

Harbaugh has to be on the way to Miami. If thats the case, I expect New York to go full court press on Srefanski. I think Tennessee still needs to be patient. We really cant screw up this hire. The right coach means this team sees an increase of at least 5 wins next season, and I believe Borgonzi is very much expecting that amount of progress

Saying the Dolphins job is in the same tier as the Raiders/Browns/Cardinals is like....insane.

Why? They have nothing a QB and the roster is bad plus no GM
