Between the VOLS fans, there’s a lot who are loyal to Atlanta, Carolina and DC. And the Steelers. So many Steelers fans are out there, but then, that’s everywhere. A lot were Colts fans for a while. When I lived in SWVA, Tri Cities area, I was in the minority, being a Titans fan. That was a few years back, maybe it’s changed now. It took me all of 1.5 mins to get that image made on my mobile with just a simple sentence. No different than messing around with meme generator. I don't use Windows anyway.
