And Ward loved throwing to Arroyo at Miami, so there’s some reason to believe that he will see Chig as a top target in this offense. And really, outside of Ridley, Chig may be the best receiving target when you look at the other options. I hope Chig has a good year so the Titans can get some value back, but I think Helm will be the TE of the future here. He was a 4th round steal imo IowaOiler

My other problem with banking on this this is that arroyo was more of a seam guy and chig is more a screen, swing, outs guy usage wise.

Oddly enough the only pass that really impressed me last year was a seam shot to chig. Levis checked the play at the line, looked off one guy then drilled a 15 yard lazer to chig beween a pair of defenders. Whole play took like 1.5 seconds. Looked like a real qb for all ot a play lol. One should never expect much from 1st year receivers. If they get 1k, that's a possible HOF. Sleeper receivers in fantasy are the worst bets TerryBoats, Number9, and titanruss

He was a 4th round steal imo I don't know. He's got good receiving skills and all, but he's slow as shit. The TE for Texas the year prior was productive as well. The position is utilized more than it is in other colleges Edited July 15 by TerryBoats

His play strength inline is the real question.
Bongo59
I think Chig has been MIA because he has not been used wisely. I think with Ward he could be uber dangerous and I think he could be resigned. I think he should catch 70 balls this year easy.

You can "you don't know ball" me all you want. Receivers want the ball, and when they don't get the ball, they leave and stop doing their jobs elsewhere. It usually takes them 1-2 years before they start producing, for a lot of reasons.

Hands, durability, and YAC are more important.
