It's always a bad year to get a QB in free agency.....

https://x.com/jfowlerespn/status/1902437101305573562?s=46   Source: LB Jack Gibbens to #Patriots on a one-year deal. Gibbens had 167 tackles over three seasons in Tennessee, reuniting with Mike

So Ryan Stonehouse just signed with Miami… to play for ST coordinator Craig AUKERMAN that almost ended his career! Good luck Stoney! 😳

People only talk about Nashville but it's literally every county right now even rural East TN

I have family and friends in eastern WA, Idaho, and Montana and the same issues are happening there.

California is being ran as a clown show is why

CA & Northeast.  The irony is that people move away from there because of the cost of living, politics, and bureaucracy and then they move elsewhere and queue a build up of the same damn things they moved away from.....

Oh yeah, I do think some are adapting to our southern conservative ways culturally

Damn... after all these years od being pissed Robinson took Jonnu 2 rounds earlier, we might be in the mix to get him?

Too bad it'd probably be another Randy Moss/Andre Johnson/Julio Jones situation. He's 31 now. No thanks.

But I hate seeing these DR Horton box houses being built on beautiful farmland everywhere, it's pissing people off

Some of these subdivisions are ugly af. They're not even doing brick in the front anymore lol. Just a huge siding box. No character. 0.25 acre lot lines. This is the kinda shit they were doing in 2008 in subprime because the subprime buyers would take anything. Buy Home Depot and Lowes cause in 10 years all the shit in these houses will have to be replaced

Been that way for the last 15 years.

I moved there for awhile ten years ago, and it was immediately obvious that it was already outgrowing itself.  Any character that city may have had at one point was totally overwhelmed and diluted by the transplants.

Really hate agreeing with you on this, but it's definitely true. Nashville is becoming insufferable. A lot of the problems are like ATL. Metro and State have conflicting governments and goals. The infrastructure was already bad, but now the growth has promised absolutely no shot at resolving it.

You know the interchange from I65 onto I40, heading north/east? Or the ramp onto I40 from Alabama Ave right before the interchange onto 440? You know the random ADHD-riddled Frogger 🔀 bullshit you get there? Don't you just love it?

Don't forget Briley and the 800 iterations of Old Hickory Blvd. One of my favorite things about the city (like ATL), is when I get into an interchange to another interstate, and all the people on that interstate are fighting to get into my lane because it's exit only and I'm fighting to get out of the exit only. Fun times!

Or like Briley right before it turns into Thompson Lane. It goes down from 4 lane interstate to two lanes with a 100 yd exit ramp onto I-24 that just happens to be merging with 2 other interstates. Fucking beautiful engineering.

I used to travel quite a bit to Atlanta and had a team of people working for me there.  We were in Midtown.  Literally had to adjust people's hours to start/end early to improve their commutes and I never rented a car/always took MARTA.  I'd watch gridlock pile up around 4 until 5:30 or so every week night.

The first time I drove into ATL, I came around a curve on the interstate only to see I have 1/4 mi to exit 4 lanes away. So I got lost. Took me 30 mins just to get back to that exit, and I was probably less than a mile away. It's better now with GPS, but it's still gridlocked.
