Everything that has happened since the combine has unequivocally supported the idea that the Titans love Cam Ward as much or more than you think the saints do. The trade scenario you have proposed does not warrant consideration. Then you throw in the fact that the Titans would have to move back to 9????? Then the saints no longer have Carr as a vible trade option to entice Callahan (since he has worked with him at some point)???? The dream is dead bro. If not, you gotta stick and pick or the cycle continues. Saints cap hell is eventually going to put them in position to draft high. Maybe that franchise catches the Arch golden ticket. Idk about the saints, they have been kicking this can for like 5 years since they should have blown it up. Each year they try and fix it a little but then they go out and spend more money to stay somewhat competitive and they end up where they started a mediocre team with no obvious path forward. Archie Manning remained positive with the Saints - he did color commentating for their TV and radio broadcasts after his playing days. If the Saints have a top 5 pick when he enters the draft, I imagine the Manning family would steer a trade to make it happen. @Bongo59 You follow the Saints. Do you see that happening?
