That's how the same kinds of people justify bombing abortion clinics or murdering doctors. No, I don't think that's right or morally justified when there are legal means for addressing their concerns. You can't run a society in which everyone gets to enact vigilante justice based on their own personal moral philosophy unless you want a lot more violence with people killing others they think are immoral. I'm pretty sure that Luigi guy thought he was doing good by murdering the Insurance guy. But in this case, the abortion protestors were peacefully protesting and at worst, blocking the entrance to the clinic and injuring a nurse. Whether they intended to injure the nurse or not is up to debate. I don't think prison time was warranted but that's just me. You are entitled to your own opinion.
