LongTimeFan
It's awesome seeing the liberals try to deflect from their failed administration. If the new administrations policies bring down prices and crime and raise wages, and rids the country of criminal illegals and takes on drug cartels, and negotiates peace deals and puts China in its place, ... holy shit, the Dems left this country and world in a shitty place. Starkiller
https://archive.is/o7M3O The White House late Friday fired the independent inspectors general of at least 12 major federal agencies in a purge that could clear the way for President Donald Trump to install loyalists in the crucial role of identifying fraud, waste and abuse in the government. The inspectors general were notified by emails from the White House personnel director that they had been terminated immediately, according to people familiar with the situation, who like others in this report spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the private messages. The dismissals appeared to violate federal law, which requires Congress to receive 30 days’ notice of any intent to fire the inspectors general. Some of the government’s largest agencies were involved, including the Departments of Defense, State, Transportation, Veterans Affairs, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, and Energy. Most of those dismissed were Trump appointees from his first term, which stunned the group. Jamalisms, OILERMAN, Titans279, and 1 other 3

Jamalisms
It's actually hard to sum up all of the wild shit that he's already done. Even just the "stop everything" orders to multiple depts is crazy. I don't think anyone is surprised by firing the entire dei staff immediately or firing the woman leader in the armed services or freeing insurrectionists (even the violent ones), though they should be. But stuff like stopping medical research and hiring freeze at the VA and all foreign aid work has to stop even if it's just the work to send the money that we're already authorized to send. There's so much of this stuff everywhere that you would look like an absolute looney if you tried to make a list of it and it's so many things that a bunch of them don't even break through the news cycle. And then it's even harder to figure out if they're real than it normally is in a world where our political fuckery has reduced truth to whatever you want it to be and all independent sources and reliable sources are alternatively cowering in fear and getting bought by agenda pushing billionaires. Messing with the Armed Services is coming up next now that alcoholic, unqualified douche in charge. That is the wrong guy you want to be in charge when you might have a president who tries to order the military to do illegal things to its own citizenry but whatever. We're well into dark times at this point. Just a question how dark it gets. ChemEngr79, LongTimeFan, Titans279, and 1 other 2
Titans279
Things are going to get dark. I'm 100% confident that Trump will order the military to fire on American protestors sometime in the next 4 years. The darkest thing will be that nobody cares. We got all the bases covered here for sure. Those who actually want it to happen and would cheer it on. Those who don't think it will happen, but if it does will excuse it. Those who think it happening was equivalent to the potential risk posed by a Harris admin. Jamalisms

Imagine how badly the previous administration has fucked up the government that the safest way to make sure you fix it correctly is to immediately stop the lunacy that's going on. headhunter, Mythos27, and Jamalisms 1
