He thought it would be totally fine to have a defensive coordinator be the offensive coordinator and the ST coach be the QBs coach. Madness. But I get your point. Guys like Vrabel really don't have an OC/DC. He makes the rules, they do what he says, etc. That's why I always thought that people were unfair to Shane Bowen. He was doing what Vrabel told him to do. The same is probably true for Todd Downing and Tim Kelly. Neither were run first coaches until they became the Titans OC.
