Also, if y’all don’t think Carthon was good at ID’ing talent then you need to be calling for brinker and the rest of the top brass. Carthon isn’t sitting in a room by himself picking guys.

That's exactly my point.

It’s been pretty obvious Carthon is in danger.    and he should be fired

The bottom line is it seems pretty obvious Carthon is a total moron. I think it was exposed more after Vrabel was fired and Carthon had more control

Waiting for the report stating Carthon's pitch to save his job involves showing AAS texts from his buddies around the league saying what a good job he has been doing.

Sure. I can see how you’d get there, but I think you’d be overrating nearly every team in the league if you consider this FO bad at drafting/signing impactful FAs. They just had a million holes and Carthon exacerbated the issue with his stupid decision making and Snead trade.

He's just wrong. All trams have a group of guys who sit around and slot players. Sure there is a final decision maker but this fantasy the gm makes decisions in a vacuum on other teams is just what stupid draft nerds and madden dynasty players who have never worked on a leadership team think.

It's the opposite dummy. I'm saying ONE, we have NOT been good at talent identification. And two, it's not just Carthon-- more than just him needs to go.

His job performance can be judged on the bad staff construction, being one of the most penalized teams in the league, and completely failing as a “QB developer.”

I’ve asked this question several times since Callahan was hired; what does he bring to the table? The biggest selling point for hiring him was bringing his dad in to coach the offensive line, which has been terrible.

Having a HC that calls his own plays is a positive because it creates continuity within the staff. I’m not saying BC is exempt from criticism but it’s hard to judge his job performance based on being saddled with Levis as his QB.

We were at our own 1 yard line today and pulled the guard on a slow developing play.

Against the Rams, with Levis coming back from injury and Callahan criticizing Levis in press conferences for needing to be smarter about taking hits, Callahan called two QB lead plays.

In preseason he ran a QB sneak with his starting QB. KC doesn’t even do that in the regular season.

The guy is a bum.

Running the QB off tackle and him taking a bad hit downfield because he refuses to slide feet first are two  different things. Again BC deserves some criticism but he’s also a rookie HC

Dumb.

Do you want your QB taking hits? If not, maybe don’t run him up the middle by design after calling him out for taking hits?
