Prag still thinking we didn't give Callahan enough time...

Not really- I think the reflex fans have to fire ppl to solve problems is all wrong.   BC is a manager of men.  If he is failing- (he was) - then its a testament of his management skills and staff created around him.  Firing him did nothing but add instability to this year.

I think the org - which looked like it turned a page on how its run-  showed its true colors.  They need to make strategic decision and hold them through bad times until well reasoned strategic redirections.  If there was even a chance he'd be fired midseason- he should have been fired (and his staff) before the season started.  This season was always going to be bad.  Rookie qb, poor talent, hard schedule.    Results of this season should not matter.  This simply showed they cannot (Amy cannot) hold decisions through bad times.

Stability and well run organizations are important.  And this org has none of that - as many fans cheer them on.

I decry the constant pitch fork behavior of fans and org instability.  Really the specific decision on BC or not BC -- i have a lot less hard opinions on that.  I liked the guy but ... that's not a reason to keep or fire anyone.   It doesn't' give me any heartburn.

I think it's obvious at this point the Titans are taking Ward. I'm on board and think his ceiling is pretty high. Callahan gave an interview to A to Z after the season that was super revealing about t

I'm totally fine with the Titans drafting Ward. Enough people think he can be good and he's shown enough NFL traits. It would not be like the Titans overdrafting Anthony Richardson or Trey Lance.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward, the No. 1 overall pick of the 2025 NFL draft, was financially victimized by two alleged scammers from Jefferson Parish, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday (Oct. 29).

Albert Weber, 42, and Cyntrelle Lash, 39, were arrested in May on allegations of identity theft, bank fraud and forgery in connection to Ward, a former University of Miami star. They are accused of fraudulently obtaining more than $250,000 in loans in a scheme that allegedly victimized Ward, the player’s father and the business that provided the loans.

God I hope they get someone to help them.  I would call Lamar's mom.  I imagine she would more than happy to give them some solid advice.  There are lots of other players playing and retired who they could seek out.  Shaq.  Micheal's people.  You'd run into another group of alligators, but they will leave you enough to be rich.  Unlike starting a Sausage Company.

Well said.  The problem is chaos.  Why?

The Broncos have been riding second fiddle to KC for a long time, but you see a solidly run team.  Do you honestly believe Sean Payton would have interviewed for the Titans HC position?  Are we as fans ready to accept facts.  bc was not a hot name of potential HC's.  Not with insiders.  Not with people who understand the game.  Plus, give him play calling duties and he's never done it.  GMAB.

If in his second season as head coach of the Tennessee Titans, he had trouble getting his play calls in.  What do you do with that?  I was saying he wasn't any good last season.  I mentioned the increased confusion with Levis last year.  I bet bc had more to do with that too, than he received credit.

I think we must have patience as fans, but why should we be patience with incompetence?

I never understood ketchup. When I hear people ketchup, I hear catchup and think they are behind, trying to catchup.

If I asked Mahomie why he eats ketchup on stuff instead of mustard, he just might say it's  simply because mustard has the word tard in it, so he might feel really stupid if he eats it!

I'm concerned about Cam's development.  I saw some hesitation Sunday and also some confusion.  Also, If his little skinny butt ain't big enough for the tush push, why are they trying to get him running.  His running is a weapon for later, his arm is why he's here.
