I don't know. I don't have those answers. What I do know is that we can do all of the above together and we don't even have to insult each other or buy into ugly theories about the other half of the country to do it. Just some random thoughts as I continue to read this thread. Way too reasonable for this forum. May be too reasonable when politics which really means money , bribes, sweet deals for political contributions without any oversight. I agree with the idea.
