The NFLN guys just did a trade deadline preview and listed the Cardinals, Patriots, Lions, Steelers, Texans, Chiefs as buyers and the Browns, Panthers, Titans, Giants, Jags as sellers.

 

Rapoport said he doesn't expect this years deadline to be as busy as last year when 6 players were moved but he does expect some moves.

 

Rapoport also specifically mentioned that the Titans had/will be receiving calls on some of their guys.

Dianna Russini has named the Lions, Bengals, Titans, Cardinals, Panthers and Patriots as teams to watch ahead of the trade deadline.

 

Russini also mentioned the Cardinals have been in contact with the Titans regards acquiring Arden Key.

According to Schefter the Steelers were in the process of trading for Jags WR Christian Kirk until he broke his collarbone last week.

The Lions continue making calls about pass rushers, and have spoken to the Browns about former Pro Bowl defensive end Za'Darius Smith, who already has played in the NFC North for both the Packers and Vikings, according to sources.

Lions coach Dan Campbell and general manager Brad Holmes have been hunting for an edge rusher since losing Aidan Hutchinson to a season-ending injury. (Hutchinson hasn’t played since Oct. 13 but is still third in the NFL in sacks.) The team has checked in with numerous teams around the league, including Cleveland with hopes of landing Za’Darius Smith.

Sources: Teams have inquired with the #Colts about the possibility of trading QB Anthony Richardson, who was benched this week, though a trade is considered unlikely.
