What are you so confused about, @japan? Tyler Boyd is not flashy. Maybe I need to watch more on him, but the dude doesnt inspire confidence.

The point is, there are guys who are good, young, and will be available, and Safety isn't an uber-expensive FA position, especially this year because so many will be on the market. Gardner-Johnson is who I want. Should be fairly cheap coming off an injury and excelled in Philly's secondary with Dennard Wilson as his coach. socaltitan, and Justafan

I only care that they get an upgrade and don't pay 15 APY to do it. I would be thrilled with Gardner-Johnson even with his injury history.

I certainly wouldn't break the bank for him, but could be a decent signing at the right price
Popular Post Starkiller
I like Tyler Boyd, but he’s not a fit for what the Titans are lacking on offense. FireInTheHole, tgo, NashvilleNinja, and 3 others
Downtown
I’m more intrigued by Curtis Samuel and Jauan Jennings if they become available. Give me guys that convert first downs.

He was 22nd with 49.

Since Holz was with the Jags last year I’d have to assume he can provide plenty of insight on him in the evaluation process. Gabe Davis and DJ Chark seem like other alternatives who could start. Mooney is another guy as a speedy option that fell off last year after Chicago added Moore. Tolbert coached him last year, so again some personal insight is available. Not sure I’d want him to be the #2 WR, but if they are going to draft a WR fairly early then he could be a good addition. Calvin Ridley also had way more targets than both Samuel and Jennings. Of course he’s going to have more receptions overall. Curtis Samuel had 62 receptions on 91 targets. That is a 68% catch rate and 42% first down rate. Calvin Ridley had 136 targets and a 55% catch rate.
