Before the bs starts, it should be noted that the US attorney who reached the plea agreement was appointed by Trump.

The reason nobody else but Trump is being charged is because nobody else deliberately and purposefully took the classified documents in their possession.     Nobody else spent two years refusin

Do you read the news?   Bannon and Navarro got convicted of defying their subpoenas.

Of course Trump pardoned them, did their pardons cover this?

The mere fact that Trump continually surrounds himself with self-serving and morally corrupt pieces of shit like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro speaks volumes about Trump himself.

Hunter Biden is a useless POS drug addict.....but at least he never bilked American citizens out of $25M through fraud, misrepresentation, and flat-out lies.

Jim Jordan is not above the law. Nor is Trump or anybody else.

Wrong take as usual.   Jordan can argue that his position as a member of the House offered him protection against a subpoena from his colleagues.  This is something some legal experts agree with.   Hunter obviously can not make that argument.

I see.  So with this bit of knowledge, can we assume you would defend Moskowitz or maybe Raskin if they were issued and ignored a congressional subpoena, or are you just completely full of shit?

In fairness,  Earl is just repeating Republican leadership’s talking points.   The so-called “law & order” party  that in reality respects neither.

Lock step with the p..... wait, that's wrong.   Goose step with the party line.   Yeah, that's what Earl is doing.

It’s also worth pointing out once again how numerous prominent leaders of the so-called  “law and order” party have repeatedly resisted or steadfastly refused to provide testimony or depositions for numerous state and federal investigations into election fraud, the fake electors scheme, and the events of Jan 6th.

In many cases, those who have testified did so only after being compelled by court order.  And when they eventually did show up, many of them repeatedly invoked the fifth amendment…presumably to avoid incriminating themselves for their own involvement in the incidents.

One would think the so-called “law and order” party would have the utmost respect for the United States’ judicial system and would readily offer their full and utmost cooperation to ensure the truth was uncovered.

But instead, they fought the system at every step,   even going so far as filing (and eventually losing) lawsuits in an effort to avoid giving their side of the story.

I wonder why that is?     How could it be that the self-professed “law and order” party is so dead-set against cooperating with a judicial system that is seeking only the truth?

Comer, Grassley promised the goods, for real THIS time!…

Seek it yourself, it is out there.

Then-Vice President Joe Biden allegedly accepted a $5 million bribe from an executive at the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, where his son Hunter Biden was paid $1 million per year to sit on its board.  The allegation is contained in a FD-1023 form that the FBI created based on an interview they conducted with an FBI confidential human source in June 2020. The confidential source has been “consistently reviewed by the FBI” and has been “found to be highly credible.”
