All of that to say, I believe the idiot thinks he's running strategy with all of this, which in and of itself is dangerous. He's insulated himself from the intelligence apparatus. He doesn't trust any generals he hasn't handpicked and overseen. His already deteriorated mind is trying to juggle the stock market and negotiations on a war we entered without a strategy. There's no mechanism that stops them from doing it again just because they do one now. So what they lost the last one. What are they thinking and signaling?
