If he REALLY believes Mariota is extending plays he's hopeless. If he's putting crap like that out there to justify keeping Mariota on the field it's hopeless. Since you don't seem to grasp sarcasm with a hint of truth don't try to dissect my posts. Thanks

Nobody has to "dissect" your posts, they're transparent.

You're an idiot.

@japan

You still wanna crack jokes and say it’s ridiculous that Robinson could be on the hot seat in 2020 if they have a losing record?

You said he was on the hot seat this year.  And I don’t believe that he’s on any hot seat.  He has the Mariota trump card.  And have you seen our owner?

No I didn't, that's ridiculous. I said if the Titans had a losing record this season and went into next year with a screwed up QB situation he'd be under pressure.

I agree with the Atlanta 4th down call and the decision to kick against the Bills. The complaining about clock management are a little nitpicky to me.

Losing is always a problem.  Wasn't it last year that Vrabel made some kind of special move with the clock that he got major credit for doing.

I don't like the shotgun approach to solving the teams problems.  The QB, the OL, the coach, next week Davis drops a GW and it him.

My biggest issue it appear that Vrabel is content with these close games.  That he feels we can win on defense and Derrick Henry alone.  Every game plan looks the same limit turnovers, control the clock, and establish the run.

Is that how he thinks he has to win with this team?  Can we win playing a more open offense, or will it expose our inability to do it?  We have seen our two-minute offense.  I want the kinda offense we need to win in today's NFL, but Vrabel is trying to win with what he has on hand.  These are the players he has and they want him to win with them, Mariota and company.

I think Vrabel is a very good coach in a tough situation.  The man isn't stupid.  He knows where the team is weak, but he didn't pick the players.  If he runs a real offense, Mariota is not going to be able to run it.  Team loses.  Vrabel loses his job.

Some of the decisions in the past two weeks have me questioning on whether or not he is a good coach.

What about last year when everybody said he managed the clock so brilliantly?

Managing the clock and doing that well is a completely different thing than understanding game flow by down and distance or pts needed

We’ll never know for sure until he gives the the opportunity to try without meddling.

the only times we open the offense up is when we play teams we know have elite offenses. And we usually do pretty damn well... the. We go back to being conservative again.  Being conservative With the gameplan always takes mariotas head out of the game.

He won't be under any pressure in 2020 as we will be drafting a new QB.
