Nate White, a witty writer from England wrote the perfect response.   “A few things spring to mind…   Trump lacks certain qualities which the British traditionally esteem.

It was a simple deal, not really too difficult to wrap your head around; we had something they wanted, we tried to use that to get some things we wanted done,  but when you’re a fucking retarded right

You can tell they are good diplomats because they didn’t boo or laugh

Even the saturnine Russian foreign minister, Sergey V. Lavrov, happily noted the strains, remarking that the Euro-Atlantic relationship had become increasingly “tense.”

“We see new cracks forming, and old cracks deepening,” Mr. Lavrov said.

The Europeans no longer believe that Washington will change, not when Mr. Trump sees traditional allies as economic rivals and leadership as diktat. His distaste for multilateralism and international cooperation is a challenge to the very heart of what Europe is and needs to be in order to have an impact in the world.

But beyond the Trump administration, an increasing number of Europeans say they believe that relations with the United States will never be the same again.

Karl Kaiser, a longtime analyst of German-American relations, said, “Two years of Mr. Trump, and a majority of French and Germans now trust Russia and China more than the United States.”

Angela Merkel of Germany — who delivered an unusually passionate speech — and from her defense minister, Ursula von der Leyen...

They cited Mr. Trump’s recent announcements that American troops would leave northern Syria and Afghanistan, as well as the administration’s decision to suspend one of the last remaining arms-control agreements: the ban on land-based intermediate range missiles.

This fits nicely.

They are just unhappy because they dont have a pushover in Obama anymore to take advantage of.

Tough on allies while sucking up to Nato’s biggest threat, Russia.  Yeah that RINO international diplomacy has been working out just like Putin wanted, including foolish Americans thinking its a good thing (cuz Obama).  Embarrassing.

Crimea overthrow. Russian reset button. Administration that did not prevent the Russian interference into US elections. Billions to Iran.

It’s a weird time indeed. I was talking to a friend of mine about this recently. Also the fact that social media seems like a bigger cesspool than it was pre-2016. These people always had these feelings. They were always racist, they were always ignorant, they were always sexist, they were always the type of American that gets off when their party “wins”. Whether or not that “win” actually hurts them personally. They just didn’t expose it openly to the world. Trump has just made them feel like those behaviors are acceptable to project in the public now because that’s how he acts.

No joke. That's bc the Russians are specifically trying to manipulate things that way. They're actively trying to insight these types of things to make it worse. And its working.

Look at what the propaganda is trying to do.

Dismantle the "deep state": aka the core of the American government.

Turn people against the FBI.

Turn people against the intelligence community.

Turn people against the DOJ

Turn the US away from our allies.

Deepen the divisions of the US by highlighting and amplifying those divisions. You think people are getting over sensitive? That's bc they know the issues that insight us and are continually finding more examples and using social media to highlight them and bring them to the front.

We are in the midst of a propaganda campaign against the US and due to the partisan divisions we're not fighting back.

And Trump is helping amplify all of those things.

This is why I'd actually support banning both ben and Tux. We are leaving ourselves wide open for a foreign propaganda campaign and doing nothing to fight against it. Quite the opposite in a lot of cases. People are just trying to ignore it expecting them to go away.

What do you mean ???

You keep bringing it up. But you don't know why they received the money?

It was their own money plus interest they got back. We didn't give them shit. It was their own fucking money.

So the money that had been held since the 1970's, thats right, the 1970's, by many administrations, both Democrats and Republicans,  somehow had to be released coincidentally with the release of hostages and a nuclear deal the Obama administration was working on. Hmmmm.

Yeah, we couldn't have held it until a friendly regime was in power...
