Starkiller
It will be interesting too see how much they use different formations (3 WR vs 2 TE or even 3 TE). Daboll tends to value speed. I don’t know that I see a lot of 3 TE formations even if the league moves in that direction. But 2 TEs with Bellinger and Helm? Sure, I could see that being common. NashvilleNinja
Damn... people in here sure love the hell out of them some seed oils. I have a feeling this is gonna be the new "Imma keep it a buck... we ass" for the 2026 season. Justafan
AussieTitanFan08
On his podcast today PK mentioned with Ridley/Dike/Ayomanor either not there or not participating in team stuff today it was KJ Osborn as the WR that stood out the most behind Tate/Robinson. PK also said CB Joshua Williams also looked good today and his size and length was very noticeable. Justafan, titanruss, and Callidus

I think the number was surprising at first but seeing how every team is attacking those Y tight ends in free agency and that crazy run of them on day 2 in the draft makes it make a lot more sense how he came in at that number, Justafan, Starkiller, Face, and 1 other

In the modern media landscape most people concerned about things like seed oils were/are Trumpers. Btw there is basically no scientific evidence they are bad. Seed oils are in lots of unhealthy things (fast food, frozen foods) but they are not the reason they are bad for us. Starkiller
Ayomanor skipping OTAs is a bit of a head scratcher. I guess a proven vet can get away with it, but a young guy like Ayomanor is fighting for snaps.

He has been there for most the offseason program it might of just been a case like many others today heading off early for the holiday weekend. Hopefully next Friday when the local media get their next opportunity to watch OTA's attendance across the board will be a bit better as there was plenty of guys missing today. Going to be weird watching the second half of these preseason games with some competent receivers still on the field. Wasn't distrust in "big food" and the like considered left wing not too long ago? Seems to me one side argues in favor of X if the other side is arguing for Y. And they'll swing back the other way depending on which way the wind is blowing. All in a game to get votes. 3 hours ago, Titans279 said: Btw there is basically no scientific evidence they are bad. Seed oils are in lots of unhealthy things (fast food, frozen foods) but they are not the reason they are bad for us. The sugar, salt, lack of fiber, etc all contribute to the unhealthy aspects of fast food more than the oils they're fried in, but a few years ago I ate some of those "Bo rounds" at Bojangles and I swear it felt like my tongue got coated in motor oil. It was disgusting. I can't imagine the lubrication of my insides to that extent was full of health benefits. Do you really think vegetable oil or canola oil is as healthy as EVOO or avacado oil? Or even butter? Butter is basically just cream and salt. Obviously if you eat a shit ton of anything it's going to be a problem, so moderation in everything. But unless you have a negative reaction to dairy why would you pick margarine or any of the other fake shit over butter? Justafan

OILERMAN
I didn't know much about this seed oil controversy so I googled it The "seed oil conspiracy" is a fringe wellness theory that links the consumption of vegetable oils (such as canola, soybean, and corn oil) to chronic health issues, claiming they are part of a nefarious plot by "Big Food" and pharmaceutical elites to keep Americans sick. The MAGA Connection: This nutritional crusade gained massive traction within the MAGA and broader "Make America Healthy Again" (MAHA) movement. High-profile political figures, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (who was selected by President Donald Trump to oversee federal health and agriculture policies), have heavily championed the narrative. They argue that processed seed oils are "toxic poisons" that cause widespread obesity, heart disease, and inflammation
