Love immediately makes you a more explosive team. He's going to add 10-20 TDs a year through the run and pass game. He's going to upgrade your pass protection. He's going to force teams to account for

The Jaguars gave up what again for Travis Hunter? This notion we should take less capital is kind of mind boggling. If a team wants to move then they need to pay the full price.

I'm not disputing they could trade up what I'm saying is they already have enough draft capital to move into the late first if they choose. The motivation to move out of #3 isn't linked to Simpson its linked to positioning themselves in the correct location to get a RT.

You know these guys don't get lifetime contracts, right?  Their GM is headed into year 4 with 2 terrible seasons under his belt and no QB on the roster.  He's not building some super team and tanking for the benefit of the guy who is going to be taking his job next year.  He needs a QB now.

Simpson in his rookie year is not saving Ossenfort hell he might not even play in year 1.

Simpson is a move for the future not 2026.

The biggest mystery remains which team ends up trading up to #3 is the Chiefs, Saints, Cowboys or Rams.

They are probably hoping to squeeze out the two Cowboys picks.

The Saints and Chiefs packages are the same .  First rounder +second rounder in the early 40s.

The Rams package is probably has their  2027 first .

Cards are probably saying if you want Styles you can’t just trade to 4 or 6 now that TEN could take him at 4.

To be fair, doesn’t @OILERMANturn on any Titans RB? It doesn’t even have to be a franchise one.

Speaking of RBs, here’s one retard pining for Tomato Sauce:

Bill Caldwell from Lebanon, Tennessee

Question: Afternoon Jim. Been thinking about the upcoming draft and a long range view of the franchise. So I' start my process by contacting the Ravens and trade to bring Derrick back. I'd' extend his contract to three years and restructure as needed. I'd give up one of our fifth rd picks. Sine we wouldn't need Bell anymore we then trade the fourth for a decent first and another pick, preferably a fifth. With the first I'd go with either a center or guard. Solidly that line. This would give Cam a solid line as well as Derrick. Derrick would be a solid influence on the offense and is always a powerful option. Additionally with Derrick on the team when the new stadium opens the fans will be stoked. He would undoubtedly retire as a Titan. The second pick go with a wide out. The rest of the draft best player available. In my Titans dreams. See ya at the draft. Praying to have the draft back sooner than later. God Bless

Hopefully Ol Bill Caldwell doesn’t get blown up by the Israelites.

I can't wait to see what the contract extension is for.  They could have simply paid Trey Hendrickson but instead they are giving up a top 10 pick to pay Lawrence.

Probably $30 million a season.

Seeing one by one, media personalities returning to Reese at #2. I never strayed. Hes the best prospect in this draft and it was Reese as a lock to #2 up until the past two weeks which is also the time when smokescreens and rumors are at their highest.

Also, I never heard a team passing on a more talented prospect because they are not confident they can develop him and make a plan for him over a safer prospect. That is exactly the rationale behind Bailey over Reese for the Jets right now.

And I don't say this to disparage Bailey and I know it sounds that way. Hes a really good edge prospect but he would be among the worst edge prospects picked with a top 2 pick in the past twenty years. Reese has foundational, defensive game changing potential. Im not quite there with Bailey.
