Doesn't seem like the kind of player they'll be inclined to take with a high draft pick to me, regardless of which scheme they're moving forward with. Reese I believe this year has played about 60% off ball & 40% edge ballpark but has definitely been better as an off ball LBer. Some 4-3’s thaf are run fairly similar to 3-4’s use a guy like Reese as the strong side LBer & a 3-4 type DE oñ early downs who either kicks inside oñ passing downs or comes off & the SLB moves over to the edge. tgo

Kinda interesting the modern trend of all ofthese offball LBs converting to edge guys, and good ones at that.

AvgJoe
Reese has a lot to like, but based on the comments Borgonzi has made I would assume he would prefer Bain or Faulk and their profile over Reese

Grizz
I haven't loved what I've seen about Bain. Faulk seems more likely. Reese is rising like crazy. I think one of these guys will be considered consensus by draft time, kind of like Abdul Carter. More likely than not to be Reese IMO, but I don't know. Either way, I hope we are on the clock at #4 and have a lot of capital.

I actually think Green Bay's problems are more QB related than HC related. But at the same time I'm not seeing that he's done anything special that makes him more desirable than some of the other top candidates. Come on. The guy has made the Packers into a perennial playoff team with Jordan Love at QB...

Again...not bad...even good overall. But nothing that makes me think he's a slam dunk. One guy had prime Rodgers and LaFleur had tomato can Rodgers and Jordan Love...
