Of course. No one doubles sweat on pass plays for obvious reasons.

With some big time injuries to contenders today will be interesting to see if there are any major curveballs thrown up in the next 41hrs before the deadline shuts.

Uh maybe go back and watch the game dude. Sweat was double teamed on just about every play, not just pass plays but just about every play. 

 

I just  re-watched every Sweat play. Good gosh you are so wrong. The Chargers almost always chipped and double-teamed Sweat . 

 

I only saw 4 plays where Sweat was not double teamed, and on one of those plays he deflected a pass. Two of the plays were short yardage "tush push plays" where who knows the assignment.  That leaves one play where he was taken out. One freakin play where he was taken out by a single blocker..

 

Sorry reality does not fit your narrative. But yeah, let's trade another second-round pick for a fifth or sixth. Let's take Simmons best help away and take a shot on some late round pick next year. Give me a break. 

 

Sweat ate double teams on multiple Titans sacks.

I didn't think you were. I've just always wondered what the story was; i've not seen anything on it. At any rate, in retrospect, we were wrong about both Sweat/Fiske and refusing the trade offer!
