Man you know I thought the Whisenhunt years were brutal & they were but at least there were some stretches of exciting play. He had Mettenberger throwing bombs for 5 or so games. Mariota’s Opening Day game was a brilliant game plan. He had a bunch of games where he clearly had a good game plan even if it didn’t work. I still remember week 2 Dallas in 2014, after the great game blowing out KC week 1, we had guys running wide open but Locker was just air mailing guys. I was banging the table to fire Wiz & he deserved it but there were clear signs of schematic acumen from him. In contrast I’m not sure there’s a single positive you can point to with BC.
