I haven't been to the practices and watched Restrepo or Jefferson so all I can go off of are clips on Twitter. The local media are gushing about Proche and Oliver, but they do that shit every year about someone.

 

They track and keep up with Cam's completions, incompletions, and interceptions in a way that is absolutely retarded for what the Titans are doing. It's how they got themselves and so many fans so full of false hope with Mariota. Of course Mariota didn't help by throwing 4 touchdowns in the first half of his first game ever.

 

The media people have all been effusive about the other guys. Callahan wasn't really effusive in his praise of Restrepo, but he says the guy just gets open, catches everything, and gets up the field. Jefferson's extra gear I couldn't care less about. I'll take the guy who is more reliable over JAG who has been nothing but roster filler everywhere he's been.

Jefferson has had some decent success but I'd rather Oliver win the post personally. They'll both make the roster imo

Seems likely that he would start but his snap count will end up being less than most starting X receivers. I can see then rotating Oliver and/or Ayomanor in fairly often.

Ayomanor, burkes and Van were in competition for the same role. If Ayomanor wins that, then maaaaybe Van isnt needed except for depth.

Van and Ridley are starting. There's a chamber Ayomanor steals reps as the season progresses though.

I agree for now but I dont think they are in love with Van. His leash is short. He's on a 1 year deal and has been up and down everywhere.

I'm interested to see how the OL fares this year because overall success didn't seem a whole lot different (I can't assess proper technique within a scheme ... and hardly anyone else can either) with the "OL guru." But he's had a little bit of time and shuffle to get more guys to play his style. I'm expecting a big step forward and fearing it just doesn't materialize and then we have to question what the hell is going on .

Harbaugh fucked the Titans and Joe Alt if you ask me. If I was Alt, I would've told them that he's unwilling to play RT.

If we got alt, traded back instead of taking sweat and got rosengarten, then got kyle williams this year id be the most annoying over the top optimist for this year.
