Do you want to trade for Restrepo?  He won't go in the 2nd, so 3.01 is guaranteed.

I will bet you $1,000,000 that Restrepo will not be available at 3.01.  Deal?

Free agency opens this weekend, July 12th. I will unlock free agent moves in roughly 30 mins so bids can start to be made.

Keep in mind, the budget won't be reset at the start of the regular season so whatever you have to spend now will be what you have to spend for the entire season. Spend it all now, spend some, or save it all for later. Your choice.

More roster spots?  Most Dynasty leagues have Taxi squads.  Those would be nice or 1-2 expanded slots as we all have more players as the season go.

I think we talked about this a year or two ago. Personally I wouldn't mind it because I like being able to stash players who might not do much for a couple years but have potential, but I think the prevailing sentiment was against it as we have a bench that is 14 deep as it is. That's pretty substantial, especially for a 12 team league.

The downside to expansion is there are even fewer options available in free agency. It also takes away what challenge there is in deciding who to release or who to bring in.

Taxi squads are usually restricted - most leagues have them set for  rookies only, and once a player is taken out what ever limit you set (could be once), they can not be put back.   It would mainly help teams that had a bunch of rookie picks.    Since people actively trade picks , you never know when it could come in handy for any team.

The number of roster spots is already problematic and it allows the crazy AI to stash players they shouldn't be able to. Don't make it worse.

So are rolling waivers staying open for the next few weeks or is free agency entirely off again for a while?

I've got it set up to run waivers once a week, on Saturday morning at 2am, but if everyone wants free agency to be open we can open it up so people can make moves whenever. I just assumed everyone would want a restriction in place so everyone gets an opportunity to get a player that might be getting buzz.
