NashvilleNinja
I see a darkhorse candidate to supplant at least 5 or 6 guys in front of him. SleepingTitan
oracle
To me...the problem I fear will be at a position where there is no depth...the "new" kicker (Slye) they signed to replace Folk. As he was more than a little sketchy for the Patriots last year which (if he wins then job) could be a real concern. https://chowderandchampions.com/patriots-no-choice-cut-starter-week-15-embarrassment-01jf6c3j2f4e titanruss
titanruss
I really dont think we can say shit about our OL being improved yet. Too many years of us thinking its better with it only getting worse. 2ToneTerror, and Supernope 1

You can be sure they are looking for young alternatives. And they could claim a K off waivers if a good young K doesn’t make it to someone’s final roster. They just need someone who can be the swing tackle. That’s the only real glaring hole right now.

Its the only "hole" but I'm not sure the dude we paid a ton for is any better than who we had at RT last year and hes now playing on the left... and our LT still has to adjust to moving back. Number9
Chig is who I want to see get the ball with space, in space even better. I have this idea he can be great with the ball in his hands. I think Cam can put the ball where Chig can catch it. Don't ask him to make tough catches, just go elsewhere. After they start to connect, then expand Chig's role. Anyone see Chig getting a larger role in the offense?

Off the top of my head there was 2 or 3 tds and 100 yards left on the field. Those damn wheel routes and the long developing crossers he was wide open a few times each. Just the fact cam doesn't turn into a chicken with his head cut off every 3-5 plays should give him a chance to hit chig or someone else. Will that directly lead to chig making a big stride? Idk. It is going to be interesting to see him build connection to his pass catchers. It looks like he loves to practice, maybe he can hookup with some of the guys before camp. Justafan
I like the competition they've built across the roster. I fully expect that some of these young guys will grab spots. I expect this team to make a lot of mistakes but also to play with a lot of energy and be a hustle team with potential to turn into something special down the road. BudsOilers
What permeates and was fairly obvious is that the roster depth is paper thin. An injury at most every position group would be problematic, either throwing a rookie or 2nd year player to the wolves and/or having a massive drop off. GOAT9
The OL is vastly improved talent wise. The issue though is BC and his style. He didn’t protect Burrow. Didn’t look like QB protection was a priority last year either. Hopefully it’s a priority with a pick like Ward. Ward has potential. He will have trouble reaching it if he is running for his life and getting hit every play.
