Let's say Vrabel is close to similar as a coach as BB. He'll need an all-time QB to get there. He'll need to adapt his offensive philosophy from 1998 (BB did that after winning multiple SBs. Vrabel never did). And he'll need to keep a good OC, something he couldn't do here. Vrabel to NE means nothing except for fans who believe Fisher should have been retained. Maybe he evolves with NE but it wasn't happening here. We would have been completely fucked if they handed him the reins.
